Warranty Policy Michael’s Glass Inc. provides a 2-year workmanship warranty on all glass installations completed by our company.
What Is Covered
Our warranty covers defects in installation workmanship under normal use, including: Improper installation Installation-related alignment or fitting issues Installation-related sealing issues (where applicable). If a workmanship issue arises within 2 years from the installation date, Michael’s Glass Inc. will assess and, if confirmed, repair or correct the issue at no cost.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover: Glass breakage after installation Scratches, chips, or damage caused after completion. Damage due to misuse, abuse, impact, or accidents. Normal wear and tear. Damage caused by cleaning products, improper maintenance, or harsh chemicals. Modifications, repairs, or adjustments made by others. Structural movement, settling, or conditions outside our control Manufacturer defects in hardware or glass (covered under manufacturer warranty, if applicable).

Warranty applies only to the original installation location. Proof of installation by Michael’s Glass Inc. is required. Warranty is valid only if the product has been properly used and maintained. We will review the claim and respond within a reasonable time. Limitation of Liability Michael’s Glass Inc. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Liability is limited to the original installation work performed.
